These Terms govern your access to and use of Baibai, including the Baibai mobile app, website, accounts, content, purchases, ads, and support services.

本服务条款适用于你访问和使用 Baibai（拜拜）移动应用、网站、账号、内容、 购买、广告和客服服务。

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Baibai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. If you use Baibai on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. What Baibai Provides

Baibai is a blessing, ritual, tarot-style reflection, fortune-stick, daily persona collection, check-in reward, backpack item, wish-wall, life-goal trajectory, tree-hole journaling, and self-reflection app. Features may include Supabase Auth sign-in, Sign in with Apple, local guest use, wishes, wish-wall redeems and merit donations, favorites, history, life goals and parallel-possibility trajectories, daily persona collection, tree-hole entries with optional mood tagging and voice recording, automatically generated "divine reply" text, rituals that attach tarot / stick / blessing actions to a wish / goal / tree-hole entry, generated share cards, optional ad-supported rewards, premium reading unlocks, membership, Apple In-App Purchase, subscription, restore-purchase, refund/revocation handling, and support flows.

3. Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only

Baibai is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, religious, spiritual authority, or other professional advice. Baibai does not guarantee luck, blessings, predictions, relationship outcomes, financial outcomes, health outcomes, spiritual outcomes, or any other real-world result. Any in-app responses generated by Baibai — including tree-hole "divine replies", guidance prompts, and reading interpretations — are automatically generated text intended for self-reflection only and are not advice from a real person, deity, mental-health professional, or other qualified professional. The tree-hole feature is not a crisis service; if you are in distress or considering harming yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental-health provider. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

4. Accounts, Guest Use, and Security

Some features require a real signed-in account. Baibai may support Sign in with Apple and Supabase Auth sessions. Guest or local use may be limited and may not support premium entitlement, purchase, restore, account deletion, or cross-device sync features. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure and for providing accurate information when you choose to enter profile, contact, or support details.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Entitlements

Baibai may offer paid digital content, non-consumable unlocks, auto-renewable subscriptions, lifetime membership, premium reading benefits, paid ritual unlocks, and restore-purchase functionality. Paid access depends on successful store processing and entitlement verification. We may use Apple In-App Purchase, RevenueCat, and Supabase to verify, store, sync, restore, expire, revoke, or refund entitlements.

5.1 Subscription ProductsBaibai currently offers the following membership products on iOS. The authoritative price, currency, and billing period for your region are shown on the in-app purchase screen and on the App Store before you confirm purchase.

  • Baibai Premium — Monthly (auto-renewable subscription): 1 month of premium membership, billed monthly until cancelled.
  • Baibai Premium — Yearly (auto-renewable subscription): 12 months of premium membership, billed annually until cancelled.
  • Baibai Premium — Lifetime (one-time non-consumable): permanent premium unlock, single purchase, does not auto-renew.

Premium membership unlocks the full set of premium benefits described in the app, including premium reading interpretations, premium blessing themes, premium ritual actions, ad-free or ad-skip benefits, and additional draws, subject to availability and feature changes.

5.2 Auto-Renewal Terms (Apple iOS)Auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase are governed by the following terms in addition to Apple's standard rules:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at purchase, plus applicable taxes.
  • You can manage your subscription, view renewal date, change plan, or turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase by going to your iOS device: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
  • Cancelling auto-renewal stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current paid period; premium features remain available until the end of the current paid period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Lifetime membership is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew.
  • Deleting your Baibai account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must turn off auto-renewal in your Apple subscription settings.

5.3 Refunds and Billing IssuesRefunds, billing disputes, and subscription cancellation are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and App Store policies. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Baibai does not directly collect full payment card details and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

5.4 Restore PurchasesRestore Purchases is intended to restore eligible non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions connected to your Apple ID and verified Baibai account. Consumable items and local promotional rewards may not be restorable unless the app explicitly stores and supports them. If Apple or RevenueCat reports a refund, revocation, expiration, billing issue, or failed verification, Baibai may remove or limit the related entitlement.

5.5 Linked DocumentsSubscription billing is also subject to Apple's Apple Media Services Terms. Information collected in connection with purchases is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Ads and Rewarded Ads

Baibai may show Google Mobile Ads / AdMob ads, including rewarded ads for optional app benefits such as tarot draws, fortune-stick draws, blessing actions, or check-in make-up flows. On iOS, the app first runs Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow where required and then requests Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. Personalized ads are requested only when you have authorized ATT and granted UMP consent; otherwise the app requests non-personalized ads only. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.

Rewards are granted only when the app confirms completion of the rewarded ad. If an ad is unavailable, fails to load, is cancelled, closes without completion, or cannot be verified, the related reward or unlock may not be granted.

7. Check-In Rewards and Backpack Items

Baibai may provide check-in rewards, backpack cards, coupons, free draws, ad-skip cards, interpretation cards, and ritual cards. These rewards may be local to your account or device, may expire or change, may not be convertible to cash, and may not be transferable. We may correct, revoke, or refuse rewards that result from abuse, technical errors, or manipulation.

8. User Content and Share Cards

You may enter profile information, wishes, favorites, life goals and trajectory entries, tree-hole journal text, optional tree-hole voice recordings, and other app activity. You are responsible for content you choose to enter, record, or share. Tree-hole entries and voice recordings are intended to be private to your device; the share-card flow renders an image from the content you have entered, and once you open the device share sheet and forward that image, control of the shared image is no longer with Baibai. Baibai can generate share-card images locally and open the device share sheet. Do not share content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or violates another person's rights.

9. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use Baibai unlawfully, abusively, deceptively, or in a way that harms others.
  • Do not rely on Baibai as professional advice or as a substitute for professional help.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, automate, or manipulate ads, rewards, purchases, check-ins, accounts, referrals, restore flows, refunds, or backend services.
  • Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the app, website, Supabase backend, payment systems, RevenueCat, Apple services, Google Mobile Ads, or advertising systems.
  • Do not submit or share content that infringes rights, contains unlawful material, or violates platform rules.

10. Intellectual Property

Baibai, including its app design, text, artwork, rituals, layouts, code, branding, and other materials, is owned by Baibai or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may use Baibai only as allowed by these Terms and the app stores where it is distributed. You keep any rights you have in content you create or choose to share, but you grant us the limited rights needed to operate, display, store, process, and support the app features you use.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information, including Supabase Auth / Apple Sign-In data, Google Mobile Ads and UMP data, purchase and subscription data, account deletion, children's privacy, and regional rights. By using Baibai, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Deletion and Termination

You may request account deletion in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion removes app-owned account data and related app records unless retention is legally required or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, payment, tax, dispute resolution, backup integrity, refund handling, platform compliance, or enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, platform rules, security needs, or misuse of the service.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Baibai at any time. Features may depend on network availability, Supabase, Apple, RevenueCat, Google, app store services, device capabilities, ad availability, purchase configuration, or regional requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Baibai is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will meet your needs, produce any real-world result, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baibai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on entertainment or self-reflection content in the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

15. Regional Rights and Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under laws that cannot be waived, including consumer protection, privacy, subscription, refund, or digital service rights in your region. If a required local-law term conflicts with these Terms, that required local-law term applies only to the extent required.

16. Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the latest version was posted. Continuing to use Baibai after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to baibai.support@gmail.com.

2. Baibai 提供的内容

3. 仅用于娱乐和自我反思

Baibai 仅用于娱乐和自我反思，不提供医疗、法律、财务、心理、宗教、 灵性权威或其他专业建议。Baibai 不保证好运、祈福、预测、关系结果、财务结果、 健康结果、灵性结果或任何其他现实结果。应用内由 Baibai 自动生成的任何回应—— 包括树洞“神明回应”、引导问题与解读内容——均为程序自动生成的文本， 仅用于自我反思，并不代表真实的人、神明、心理咨询师或其他合格专业人士给出的建议。 树洞不是危机干预服务；如果你感到痛苦或有伤害自己或他人的想法， 请联系所在地区的紧急服务或合格的心理健康从业者。你需要为自己的决定负责， 并在需要时寻求合格专业人士的建议。

4. 账号、游客使用与安全

部分功能需要真实登录账号。Baibai 可能支持 Apple 登录和 Supabase Auth 会话。 游客或本地使用可能受到限制，可能不支持高级权益、购买、恢复购买、账号删除或跨设备同步。 你有责任保护设备和账号访问安全，并在填写资料、联系方式或客服信息时提供准确内容。

5. 购买、订阅与权益

Baibai 可能提供付费数字内容、非消耗型解锁、自动续期订阅、终身会员、 高级解读权益、付费祈福仪式和恢复购买功能。付费访问取决于商店处理成功和权益验证成功。 我们可能使用 Apple App 内购买、RevenueCat 和 Supabase 来验证、存储、同步、恢复、 过期、撤销或退款相关权益。

5.1 订阅产品Baibai 目前在 iOS 上提供以下会员产品。你所在地区的最终价格、币种和计费周期， 以应用内购买页面与 App Store 在你确认购买前展示的内容为准：

  • Baibai Premium —— 月度（自动续期订阅）：每月计费、解锁 1 个月高级会员，至取消为止。
  • Baibai Premium —— 年度（自动续期订阅）：每年计费、解锁 12 个月高级会员，至取消为止。
  • Baibai Premium —— 终身（一次性非消耗型购买）：一次性购买、永久解锁高级会员，不会自动续费。

5.2 自动续期条款（Apple iOS）通过 Apple App 内购买的自动续期订阅，除适用 Apple 的标准规则外，还受以下条款约束：

  • 购买确认时，Apple 将向你的 Apple ID 账号扣款。
  • 订阅会按相同时长和届时价格自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期。
  • 续费会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按购买时显示的价格（含适用税费）扣款。
  • 购买后，你可以随时在 iOS 设备上通过“设置 > [你的姓名] > 订阅”查看续费日期、修改方案或关闭自动续期， 也可以访问 apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions。
  • 关闭自动续期会停止后续扣款，但不退还当前已付费周期；高级权益将在当前已付费周期结束前继续可用。
  • 购买订阅时，免费试用期（如有）的未使用部分将作废。
  • 终身会员为一次性、非消耗型购买，不会自动续费。
  • 删除 Baibai 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，你需要在 Apple 订阅设置中关闭自动续期。

5.3 退款与扣费问题退款、扣费争议和订阅取消由 Apple 根据其条款和 App Store 政策处理。如需申请退款，请使用 reportaproblem.apple.com。Baibai 不会直接收集完整支付卡信息，也无法代表 Apple 发放退款。

5.4 恢复购买“恢复购买”用于恢复与你的 Apple ID 和已验证 Baibai 账号关联的符合条件的非消耗型购买和有效订阅。 消耗品和本地促销奖励通常不可恢复，除非应用明确存储并支持恢复。 如果 Apple 或 RevenueCat 报告退款、撤销、过期、扣费问题或验证失败，Baibai 可能移除或限制相关权益。

5.5 关联文件订阅扣费同时受 Apple Apple Media Services Terms约束。与购买相关的信息收集详见我们的隐私政策。

6. 广告与激励广告

Baibai 可能展示 Google Mobile Ads / AdMob 广告，包括用于可选应用权益的激励广告， 例如塔罗抽牌、抽签、祈福动作或补签流程。在 iOS 上，应用会先在需要的地区运行 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）同意流程，然后请求 Apple App Tracking Transparency（ATT）权限。 仅当你同意 ATT 并在 UMP 中给予同意时，应用才会请求个性化广告；其他情况下应用仅请求非个性化广告。 完整说明请参见隐私政策。

只有当应用确认激励广告完成后，才会发放奖励。如果广告不可用、加载失败、被取消、 未完成即关闭或无法验证，相关奖励或解锁可能不会发放。

7. 签到奖励与背包道具

Baibai 可能提供签到奖励、背包卡券、免费抽牌、免广告卡、解读卡和祈福卡。 这些奖励可能仅限于你的账号或设备，可能过期或调整，不能兑换现金，也不能转让。 对于滥用、技术错误或操纵造成的奖励，我们可能进行更正、撤销或拒绝发放。

8. 用户内容与分享卡

你可以输入资料、愿望、收藏、人生目标和轨迹条目、树洞日记文本、可选的树洞语音录音， 以及其他应用活动。你需要对自己输入、录制或分享的内容负责。树洞条目和语音录音 默认仅保存在你的设备上；分享卡流程会基于你输入的内容在本地渲染图片， 一旦你打开设备分享面板并将图片转发出去，对外传播的图片就不再由 Baibai 控制。 Baibai 可以在本地生成分享卡图片并打开设备分享面板。请不要分享你无权分享的内容， 或违法、有害、误导、滥用、侵犯他人权利的内容。

9. 禁止行为

  • 不得以违法、滥用、欺骗或伤害他人的方式使用 Baibai。
  • 不得将 Baibai 作为专业建议或专业帮助的替代品。
  • 不得滥用、自动化或操纵广告、奖励、购买、签到、账号、推荐、恢复购买、退款或后端服务。
  • 不得逆向工程、干扰、过载、抓取或破坏应用、网站、Supabase 后端、支付系统、RevenueCat、Apple 服务、Google Mobile Ads 或广告系统。
  • 不得提交或分享侵犯权利、包含违法内容或违反平台规则的内容。

10. 知识产权

Baibai 的应用设计、文本、艺术素材、仪式、布局、代码、品牌和其他材料归 Baibai 或其许可方所有， 并受适用法律保护。你只能按照本条款和分发应用的应用商店规则使用 Baibai。 你保留自己创建或选择分享的内容中你拥有的权利，但授予我们为运营、展示、存储、处理和支持你使用的应用功能所需的有限权利。

11. 隐私

我们的隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护信息，包括 Supabase Auth / Apple 登录数据、 Google Mobile Ads 和 UMP 数据、购买与订阅数据、账号删除、儿童隐私和地区权利。 使用 Baibai 即表示你也同意隐私政策中描述的做法。

12. 账号删除与终止

你可以在应用内通过“设置 > 账号 > 删除账号”请求删除账号。账号删除会移除应用拥有的账号数据和相关应用记录， 除非法律要求或出于安全、防欺诈、会计、支付、税务、争议解决、备份完整性、退款处理、平台合规或执行条款的合理需要而保留。 如果法律、平台规则、安全需求或服务滥用要求，我们可能暂停或终止访问。

13. 服务可用性与变更

我们可能随时更新、变更、暂停或停止 Baibai 的部分功能。功能可能依赖网络可用性、Supabase、Apple、 RevenueCat、Google、应用商店服务、设备能力、广告可用性、购买配置或地区要求。 我们不保证所有功能始终可用、不中断或没有错误。

14. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，Baibai 按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不承诺应用会满足你的需求、 产生任何现实结果、不中断或没有错误。在法律允许的最大范围内，Baibai 及其运营方不对间接、 附带、特殊、后果性、惩戒性或惩罚性损害负责，也不对基于应用中娱乐或自我反思内容作出的决定负责。 某些司法辖区不允许部分责任限制，因此部分限制可能不适用于你。

15. 地区权利与消费者保护

本条款不限制你根据不可放弃的法律享有的权利，包括你所在地区的消费者保护、隐私、订阅、退款或数字服务权利。 如果必须适用的当地法律条款与本条款冲突，则该当地法律条款仅在法律要求的范围内适用。

16. 条款变更与联系方式
